Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were recently renovated with spectacular views, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the noise issue that affected my sleep and the initial room condition. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with a quick room change provided by the professional and friendly staff.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, but they can be noisy due to their location outside the main building and lack of blackout curtains. Although the rooms are large, there are limited games for multiple families. The hotel's service is hit or miss, with some helpful interactions but also interruptions during meetings. The location is great, situated in the Marina area near dining options, although cleanliness could be improved. The dining experience was lacking with overpriced options at the hotel restaurant. Facilities include basic amenities like a pool and outdoor games.
The hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms but lacks ambience in the old section. The prices seem high compared to other options in the area. The service was pleasant, with some nice touches like providing beach chairs and toys. The location was convenient but noisy and windy at times. The dining options were good but limited for larger groups. Overall, a decent choice with room for improvement.
The hotel had some positives like a lovely view of the marina and convenient location for exploring San Diego, but the room cleanliness and service left much to be desired.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were usually clean and welcoming but had some odor issues. The service was excellent overall, especially Johnny; he really made up for any shortcomings. The location was convenient, offering fun activities, but the beach area could be better. The dining experience was a bit limited, and some aspects were not complimentary. The key was balancing the highlights with a few setbacks.
After spending a day at Sea World, I found the hotel to have a random room setup with some issues like a bathroom door that didn't close and a window that wouldn't open. The room wasn't serviced until later in the day, which was a bit inconvenient even after requesting it.
The Tower hotel offers a mixed experience with bright and comfortable rooms equipped with a coffee maker, but in dire need of updating. The service was a bit inconsistent but showed a bright side in planning support and pool cleanliness. The location, although peaceful, lacked nearby dining options. The dining in the Red Marlin restaurant was satisfactory but not exceptional.
The hotel is convenient for families due to its enjoyable water slides and close proximity to SeaWorld. The rooms lack a bathtub, making it challenging for families with babies to bathe them easily. The service was exceptional, sorting out all our needs and even refunded fees for activities we couldn't enjoy. The location may not suit those looking for varied dining options outside the hotel, as it's quite isolated, but the on-site restaurant offers delicious meals. The dining prices can be high, especially for breakfast. The resort is well-equipped with various amenities like car hire, laundry, and valet parking.
